About Abiding Hope
Throughout a long and painful season in her life, Linda Joyce Heaner experienced God's unending faithfulness in profound and surprising ways. This stirred a deep desire to lead other women to find abiding hope in God amidst their own circumstances. Following the Spirit's promptings, Abiding Hope Ministries was founded in 2008.

Our focus is on forming a personal, experiential knowing of God, rooted in His Word. Linda's love for Jesus, combined with her creative approaches to teaching, leading groups, and attentive listening help awaken hearts to seek and trust Jesus.

Abiding Hope Ministries is dedicated to encouraging women to slow down and be still in God's presence so they can learn to hear His voice and respond to His invitations. We invite you to partner with us as we pursue God-given opportunities to welcome women into His transforming presence.

Our FOUNDER
& Director
Linda Joyce Heaner is the founder and director of Abiding Hope Ministries. Her training and experience include pastoral care, biblical studies, adult spiritual education, prayer for inner healing, and years of leading women into deeper relationship with Jesus. Linda's ongoing participation in retreat-based spiritual formation with Transforming Community and Sustainable Faith have deeply shaped her life and the focus of AHM. She is committed to helping women --- in all situations and seasons of life --- experience restoration, stability, and joy in Jesus as they become ever more fully who He designed them to be.

Linda is a mother of three, a grandmother of eleven, and treasures spending time with them. In her free time, she enjoys walking around one of Minnesota's many beautiful lakes, reading a good book, and taking road trips. Her life is an ever-growing "YES" to God.
